Friends of Barrachnie Park

Friends of Barrachnie Park plan to establish a committee shortly. We will then look into future funding options so that we can make positive improvements to Barrachnie Park.

Thank's to all of the responses for our recent survey of Barrachnie Park . It has highlighted the many things that are great about the park and lots of ideas for improving areas within the park. So, once we are fully up and running, we will be kept busy

We are looking for people who would be interested on joining us and local people / companies who would like to help us out with things in the future.

Please take some time to complete this survey so that the Friends of Barrachnie Park group can demonstrate to potential funders that there is a need for improvements to Barrachnie Park.

Friends of Barrachnie Park and Jack who set up the Skatepark Change.org Petition, met with David Linden MP to discuss the Skatepark current condition, and potential improvements to Barrachnie Park.

It was great to hear that David was fully behind the improvements to the Park and that he looked forward to assisting the campaign with representations to Glasgow City Council.
